Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within the United States at a flat rate of $10.99, applied once per order no matter how many items it contains. The rate is shown on the cart and again at checkout before you place the order.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout using the rate for the state in your shipping address.

Dispatch

Orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received and confirmed. Because payment is made directly by Zelle, Venmo or PayPal rather than captured automatically at checkout, an order stays in a pending state until that payment arrives. Sending your payment promptly after placing the order is what moves it into the queue.

Transit

US domestic shipping takes 2 to 4 days once an order has left us.

Tracking

Once an order ships, the tracking number and carrier are recorded against your order and are visible on the order status page.

Address Accuracy

Shipments are sent to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at orders@ironcellresearch.com as soon as possible, and if the order has not yet shipped we will correct it.
