By accessing www.ironcellresearch.com or purchasing any products from IronCell Research, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Personal Use Only: You agree to use this website for personal, commercial, or educational purposes only. You are responsible for keeping all account details, including your shipping and billing information, confidential and secure. Do not share your account with anyone else.

Product Awareness: You acknowledge that all products are for research purposes only and not for human consumption.

Minimum Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old if located in Europe or 21 years old if located in the United States.

Respectful Use: You agree not to use the site in any way that may harm others or violate any laws. All interactions with our website and team should be respectful and culturally appropriate.

Law Enforcement Notice: You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of or collaborating with any law enforcement agency.

By using this site, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms in full.

Quality and Batch Documentation

Batch documentation is published on the product pages. Where a certificate of analysis is on file for a batch, it is listed under Lab Tests on that product, and it shows the issuing laboratory, the report and batch numbers, the date of issue, and the identity, purity, net content and appearance results recorded for that batch. Certificate availability is shown by batch, so you can see the documentation that exists for an item before you order it.

What appears there is what the issuing laboratory reported for that batch, reproduced as issued. To ask about the documentation for a particular item, submit a support ticket with the product name and batch number.

If you believe you have received a product that does not match its description or the batch documentation published for it, please submit a support ticket with details and photo evidence.

All products are for research purposes only and not for human consumption. We are not qualified to offer medical advice.

Ordering Process

To place an order, please follow the instructions on our website carefully. Orders will remain inactive until payment is received. We begin processing paid orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an unpaid order at any time. If your order has been paid or activated, you must contact customer service via our support form to request cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

Wrong Product Ordered

If you accidentally order the wrong item and it has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee a replacement. If you delay payment by more than 7 days, please verify product availability by submitting a support ticket.

Order Pricing

Prices are locked in at the time your order is placed. If market prices change after you place an unpaid order, you are still responsible for the original quoted price.

Order Status and Tracking

You can review your order status and history by logging into your account at www.ironcellresearch.com. Please note: your order number and your mail tracking code are separate and serve different purposes, so do not confuse them.

Reshipping Policy

We strive to ensure every order arrives complete and in excellent condition. If there is an issue, we have you covered.

Missing Items: contact us with details of the missing item or items. After investigation, we will either reship or reimburse as appropriate.

Incorrect Items: if you receive an incorrect item, we will reship the correct item at no extra cost.

Damaged Items: submit a support ticket with clear photos of the damaged product, shipping label, and packaging. We will verify the issue and take appropriate action.

Missing Packages

Incorrect Address Provided by You: we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details. We will not reship in such cases.

Address Change After Shipment: if you change your address after placing your order, we cannot guarantee we will change your delivery address on time. You may ship your product back at your expense and we will reship your products at your expense.

Reporting a Missing Package: you must report a missing package 5 days after the expected delivery date. Provide your order ID and a new shipping address for review.

Lost Packages: any package overdue by more than 30 days is considered lost.

Reporting a Delay: if your package is delayed, notify us no later than the 5th day after the expected delivery date.
